Who is Vandit Sharma?

Vandit Sharma

On paper, my career makes no sense.

I spent years in cybersecurity. Then I made a podcast about whether God exists and what happens after you die — it got to 100,000 subscribers and 33 million views. Now I build AI that helps people get drinks onto shelves at Whole Foods, and I interview the founders who make them.

There is a thread. Give me a second.

I’ve only ever been interested in one thing: what people actually think, and why they don’t say it out loud.

Cybersecurity taught me everyone’s hiding something. Apprisers taught me that if you ask properly, most people will tell you anyway. And building for CPG founders taught me this industry is full of people who’ve worked out something genuinely hard and have never once been asked how they did it.

So — that’s the show.

The part that’s actually relevant

Apprisers was a different universe. Belief, philosophy, the things people say at 2am and regret by breakfast. None of that transfers.

What transfers is knowing how to make someone stop scrolling. What keeps them past thirty seconds. How to cut ninety minutes down to the ninety seconds that were worth it. WhatsUp CPG is brand new. The production isn’t.

The day job

I’m Founder and CMO at Agentworks. We build AI that gets CPG brands onto retail shelves — finds the accounts that fit you, writes the pitch, books the meeting, then turns your retailer data into numbers you can actually read.

Which is how I ended up here. You can’t build software for founders without talking to hundreds of them, and after a while you notice they keep asking each other the same questions and mostly getting nowhere.

What I’m not

A CPG veteran. I’ve run companies, but I’ve never built a brand, never fought for a shelf, never had a co-packer ruin my week.

I’m not here to tell you what I think. I’m here to ask the one question I actually want answered — and then refuse to accept a vague answer.

One question. No origin stories. If another founder can’t steal it, it doesn’t make the cut.
